What is your suggestion?
A: A ping system to quickly communicate a location to squad members. Players can bind a key to ping a location, which will alert players to that location quickly with an on-screen marker and a quick message in chat saying ([Player] pinged a location near you!)

How would this benefit the server?
A: It lets players quickly and effectively communicate a nearby location when they don't have the time to type out a message in chat

If, in all of gmods history up to now, someone hasn't made an Addon like this yet, what makes him think Sentinel can make one just like that?

I don't think there is an addon, I think he wants it made.

If, in all of gmods history up to now, someone hasn't made an Addon like this yet, what makes him think Sentinel can make one just like that?

Sentinel is a LOT more skilled then you think, trust me, he's just lazy when it comes to some stuff or doesn't wanna break shit
