I genuinely don't think you, Poison, are fit to be a staff member granted your current reputation at this moment. Your recent behavior is proof enough to what you'll do as a staff member.
-1 Lacks maturity, common sense. His being has no place in the staff team and if he were to be placed in such a position, he would only abuse it. Previous encounters has shown this on the server and I would not recommend in any circumstance. You take a big risk if you bring on board this individual.
Example of his immaturity: During his training phase on the OSS, he shot me once while I was tabbed out, looking on the forums and replyng to steam messages. I tab back in and he ran away. I knew it was him, but ignored it and went back to doing whatever. I reposition myself inside the nexus instead and he came back and shot me again, this time provoking my response. I asked him why and told him it's not allowed. He promptly proceeded to mock me and say it's a joke.
Overall, he's unfit for duty and I agree 100% with eagle.

According to players and staff who have had more interactions with you, they've determined that you do not possess qualities that are beneficial for a member of the staff team. Until you can repair this fault and show both players and staff alike that you've changed for the better, I'm afraid I cannot vouch for you. I do hope you take this lightly, however. I appreciate the work you're doing for NPU at the moment, but you must realize that being a staff member is an entirely different ball game. I suggest waiting a bit before trying again.
Your reputation is important as Staff. If you're known for being a mingy, toxic, player. When you get staff, nobody will take you seriously or they'll be like 'Oh shit it's him again'. You're fine as NPU, I don't think it's something super outstanding you're pretty much doing your job. With some of the past staff members, all of them (to my knowledge) had decent/good reputations and so became great staff members. I don't think you fit the bill for that sort of quality control but that's up to the Head Admins to decide whether they agree/disagree with that.

You should still tell staff to prepare for the worse, even if it might seem like they joke about a DDoS, just dont panick
