Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I want to be apart of the staff team to help make the server more fun for everyone. I believe everyone should have a good time playing this server,
and dealing with those pesky rule breakers. Being apart of the staff team would not only be fun but very helpful.

I should be accepted because on the staff team because i am a very good leader and i have a good sense of justice. I am always active for at least 4 hours everyday more on the weekends. I'm also a really nice guy, i will be calm with anyone i'm talking to and i don't have a temper.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would ignore it until i get a ticket once i get a ticket I would bring the Civ into a sit and ask him "why did that union kill you", then i would bring the Union in for a separate sit ask "why did you kill the civ". From there i would bring them into the same sit, to give my final verdict. If the Civ was actually an Anarchist with his gun out or shooting someone. I would let them both go, however if the union randomly shot a civ for no reason i would warn him for RDM.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
First of all would tell him that "RP defecting" is Against the rules categorized as fail RP then i would warn him for fail RP, then contact an H.E.C.U. CO and tell him that HECU (his name) was trying to "RP defect".
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
(oh boy this ones kinda rough) I would tell him that demoting my IC character for something i did Out of character is not allowed and if he does will get banned , and if he does i will ban him for a day then contact his higher ups that he demoted my IC character for something on duty and that he infiled without perms. if he doesn't demote my IC then i would warn him for not asking for permission to enter the base. Then i would tell his higher ups that he infiled without perms.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would ban him for the max time (i think its 12 days). Then I would take screenshots of the chat, I would then send those pictures to higher up staff members not only to warn them but to justify my reason for banning them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Well if i didn't know it was allowed i would get videos recording's and screenshots of what he was doing (that is questionable) and send it to a higher up staff member to see what they think about said screenshots and recording and if this is allowed . If it turns out that the person in question is not allowed to be doing that certain thing, i would warn him for abusing admin privileges. If what he was doing was allowed i would go on with my day.

You put effort into the application and instead of just ignoring the criticism and doing nothing, you took it to heart and improved it.
The DDOS answer might be wrong (in terms of how long you punish them for) but i belive that, with training and proper effort put into you learning how to administrate the server, that you'd become a useful Staff-asset/Staff-member for the future.

I do not mean to be harsh, but your lack of activity is a big turn off.
I never see you online at any given point. Your first post on discord was the 08/01/2019. You have 4 posts that day. Then you were not seen until the 15th, which also has about four or so posts. Then it jumped to a month later on September 1st, which only has two posts at that time. Then on the 7th, you appeared to ask the staff to kick afks, which obviously indicates that you do play on occasion. Then yesterday on the 10th, you had about ten posts. Your forum account was created on the 7th of September. This application on the 8th. I doubt you'd suit the needs of the staff team due to your lack to activity with the server itself. Your current character ranks on the server represent your inactivity unless I'm wrong and you manage to miss every known DB. I'm unsure if we can expect anything from you.
Not to forget your lack of effort on this application before the changes, but you rectified it to some extent, which I think is meh.. You added more detail and what not, but your grammar had no effort in it. However it doesn't matter. An application can be at it's peak and the best in the world, but it doesn't mean the person who created the application will live up to what they say. Four hours a day seems unlikely with you. If you do get accepted into the Administration team as an operator, I do hope you prove me wrong. Admins are not needed based on area, but activity and common sense.

Ok. First of all you are correct i am NOT that active on the rebel, combine or main discord servers. I AM active on the SHIELD discord all the time. My Current ranks i can explain like this. I do not play rebel at all. Combine. I have just joined shield and got my rank just got reset. I am pretty active on the server, i can play 4 hours a day on weekdays and as long as i want on weekends. the four hours a day is because of school and football. and about the grammar thing... My grammar isn't the best, but i did put in effort to try to make it the best i can. Also this is my first application for anything, i made this so i could get feedback and MAYBE get on the staff team.
Also Concerning the Character my other combine character (0823) was just ck'd (self requested), the reason is that i wanted to get a full character restart at UNION.
Anyways thank you for your reply and i will be more active on the discords in the future. I appreciate the feed back.
(edit) i joined the server about 9 months ago (i think) my 0823 character went through alot of div's . 0823 went to sword first then foxtrot then npu before getting ck'd.
