What is your suggestion?
A: Make engineers and grids remove the "no-collide with anything but players" flag after they're done placing a prop

How would this benefit the server?
well this way grids can't just decrease hvy's rocket's effectiveness by like 90% with this one simple flag, i'm pretty making hvys useless against props wasn't intentional anyways

just shoot at the ground near it or get staff to remove it

it does not do the full damage, normally props take at most like 5-6 rockets, and those props that are nocollided take around twice as much because it's SPLASH damage, not direct

I've been told they don't remove it sometimes because the prop got hit before they could, meaning they can't mess with it anymore.
Now is this true? I don't know I'm not a builder.

That is correct. Once a prop has taken damage it gets colored by the world (courtesy of the addon and FPP being stupid) which means you can't do anything other than move it around with your physgun. Given that this also applies to when props are shot at with bullets you'd honestly just be better off using your LMG on props as it's practically an unavoidable circumstance.

there must be a workaround or something, like force them to lose the flag when they get damaged

this way at least not all the rockets will be useless
