What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster? I want to become a GM so I can spice things up. Sometimes the battlefield gets pretty stale and boring and I would like to change things up a bit by doing some fun events.
Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list below. No I haven't been one before.
Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment. I take criticism well. I'll make sure to take note of things they say and improve events from their opinions even if they are extremely harsh to me.
A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action? I would simply tell him/her if they keep interrupting me that they will be kicked out of the event. I would give them three warnings to stop disrupting the event.
A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action? I would kindly ask him to stop harassing me, ask him why he is harassing me so much, and resolve the situation.
What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events? Gamemasters can't take tickets, they control the events and change it up inside the events, and they can't do whatever they like outside events (like spawning in a vehicle for a side because they are losing).
You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action? I will let the COs host their DB first and then host an optional Post-Event DB to give out rewards (If the event has rewards).
A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do? I would try and get another GM to help me out with the event and if there are none available I would postpone the event until a GM is available to help me out.
After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action? I will wait until those vehicles are destroyed/undeployed so I can run an event without being constantly bothered by lag.
What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think) I believe GMs will call out what area they are setting up the event on so nobody wanders in there and interrupt them while they are setting up the event. Then they will build on the event area to make their event.After the event is finished they will clean up the event area and give out rewards (if the event had prizes in it)

What should you do? I would tell the Captain to stop harrasing me or I will get server staff involved if he keeps going at me.
How often do you think GM's should host events? Around 2-3 events or possibly more a week.
List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED] 1. Rescue The Hostage:
There will be two groups of people - The Counter-Terrorists and the Terrorists. The Counter-Terrorists goal is to save the hostage in a certain amount of time. The Terrorists will have to keep the hostage for a certain amount of time to win (lets say 5 minutes). If the Counter-Terrorists kill the hostage then the Terrorists automatically win. The winning side will receive weapons for the class they want to play as.
2. Capture The Flag:
There will be 2 teams. One will be RED and the other will be BLU. Both sides will have the TF2 metro police player models. Both sides will be given some weapons to fight with. Either side has to kill the entire team to win a round or capture the flag once (Rounds will be best of 5). The winning team will receive rewards on their character of choice.
3. Prop Dodgeball
In this event there will be two teams. Both sides will be given gravity guns. Both teams will line up at a line and when I say go they will run towards to the random set of props I will have placed down for them to use at the middle. There will be 5 rounds of this event and the team that wins will receive rewards on their character of choice.
