Previous Warns?

Previous Bans?
Feb 2nd? 2019 (TK'd one or two players as a Vortigaunt, banned for 2-3 days, I't wont happen again).
April 13th 2019 (Was thought to be cheating, Perma-banned, I proved my innocence and have been unbanned).

Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
I enjoy helping out the community in any way I can whether it being supporting a push towards an objective or putting input on a question asked by others. As with all things, I'd love to see this community grow with more players, but more players leads to more IC or OOC problems that staff would need to answer to, which is why I'd like to sign up to further help the community in a quick and easy fashion. Sometimes during late night weekdays, no staff are present to deal with any issues within the server, very often I stay up way late into the night to play on the server even if it's nearly dead, this way If I become apart of the administrative team, I'll be able to help people with inquires late into the night.

Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I'm an avid player of the community and I do my absolute best to be non-toxic, helpful as humanly possible and to give the community a more friendly look from others who look up to you, such as new recruits. I attempt to stay on long periods of time which sometimes I find that even no admins are on which could become a problem if one is needed, which is where I would come in. Lastly, I'm fairly quick at responding to issues that require me to interfere and I wouldn't ignore my duties in game, even if I'm playing in game and not on the "Staff on Duty" role.

Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Pull the both of them into a sit and ask what happened. If any other players saw what happened I would also bring them in to help figure out the case. If the UNION is in the wrong, a RDM warn will be issued to him, if it's the Civilians fault, I will discuss why he isn't allowed to go into a few certain area's or why he is in the wrong for whatever he might have done.

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Go to the defecting unit and remind him that RP defecting is not allowed and I would follow up with a Fail RP warn being placed onto the HECU.

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Threats like these are to be ignored as they cannot do that AND the sit is considered OOC. Anything the CO says will be compiled together and shown to a higher CO as they would see what to do with the accused CO in this case.

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
DDOS or/and server crash threats are not to be taken lightly and should be dealt with immediately. What I would do is pull each member into a sit/jail them, grab their STEAM ID's and issue kicks or bans to each member. Higher admins will be contacted following the incident.

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
First I would take screenshots or a video of the admin in question, then secondly I would forward it to higher staff as I don't wan't cause trouble while inside the server with someone who out ranks me in this case.

I appreciate you taking the time to view my application and I can only hope you overlook those two bans I had.

You clearly seem to know how to handle Staff sits and you're very conscious of in-character and OOC situations, I think it'd be best if your previous discrepancies were overlooked and you were made an Operator.

Even though you have few bans, I find it acceptable, since everyone can make a mistake.
Overall application is good.

+1 Those few bans are acceptable like combean said, and as long as you don’t do those again you will be fine. Knows how to handle a sit properly, looking forward to you getting accepted.
