Constantly people including myself will need a staff member wether it be for sits, whitelists, or any other reason yet no staff will be online most of the time. I personally want to become part of the staff team because I wish to help the people out who need it and defusing the tensions that arise on server all the time. I have watched as people don't get support on server from staff when they need it in turn becoming frustrated and hopping off for the day, all I want is to help people so that this does not happen again.
Any staff who can vouch for you?

Considering that accidents can happen with Unions being new and not knowing most of the time I would just keep an eye on him unless a ticket is made, from there I will get both sides stories and if the information checks out for it being RDM I would inform the Union if he is new that they are a civillian and that they can only be killed if they are spotted helping out the rebels via giving away Combine positions, if it is an older player however and RDM they would recieve a talking to and if it was an accident just a verbal warn but if it is intentional I would apply a warn.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
I would check the proper channel, that being the Rebel discord #Subdivision-change and search for his name, if he has been transferred I would give him the whitelist, if he has not I would inform him to get proof from a NCO / CO.

Considering it is FailRP I would bring him into a sit and inform him so, however I would give him a verbal warning as its not truly defined as such in the rules and so he may not of known, if he tries again however it will be a warn, after the sit I would then inform his CO to keep an eye on him incase he tries again.

I would turn on my OBS recording and begin recording his words as testimony to then take it to his CMD / DVL as that behavior is unnaceptable in a sit.
I will also give him a warning as he did indeed infiltrate without notifying and his behavior shows he is not forgiving for breaking the rules, since he is not acting like a actual human being and accepting the fact that he did indeed break the rules, accept that he did, and try to atone for his mistake he will be given that warning with the !warn command.

Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
Take a screenshot of the message and bring the NCO to a sit from there if the IP is real it would then require a ban as IP dropping is not to be taken lightly, if it is fake however then a warn would be given as its not a topic anyone should joke about.
I mean its a neutral but highly leaning on the +1 side, I believe raids and IP adresses are an instant perma ban if i remember correctly, you may correct me if im wrong
+1 had nothing but good interactions and seems like a decent App. Just maybe fix a few things and being a bit more strict especially with DDOSing but over all pretty good
