Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
I want to give it another go,i'll try to be better and i really think i've improved.I want to help players out,from tickets,glitches,bugs,and OOC/IC problems.I will also want to help other staff,players,etc.I've been staff once,i was stupid and failed,but i want to give it another go.I want to feel helpfull,i want to be helpfull.I want to try my best and i want to improve and shape the future of CvR.I want to be something usefull,alot of rulebreaking happens when no staff is on or the only staff is AFK.I want to change that,i can really be online,i WANT to change that.I will try to mostly improve other player's gameplay and experience and make them happy.I also want to fix issues to usually occur when no staff are on.I want to help.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
My timezone,GMT 2-3 (unsure) I can be online when most staff are asleep or busy.I've been staff once,and i got what i deserved,but i think i improved.I want to give this another shot.I'm an old player,i've been CO multiple times.I know the basic and advanced commands.In short,i know commands,and i can be online and fix problems when no other staff are on.I've been on this server since 2017.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
First,i'd think nothing of it,if a sit is made,i'd set a sit far away,bring the UNION and the civilian.I'll ask what happend,If the union has a valid reason,such as warning the civilian to leave,or saw the civilian with a gun out,i'd leave them both go and explain the situation to the civilian.If the union in the other hand just RDM'd,if he's new,i would verbally warn him and ill make him read the rules so this doesnt happen again.Otherwise i'd warn the union and return them.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
A ban for atleast a week,that's failrp.I'd even contact his COs about this and let them decide if they would CK/demote them.In the ban reason,i'd tell him to next time read the rules,RP defecting is really bad and he could've easily avoided if he would read a few lines.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
First of all,i would warn him for breaking the rules,then i would notify his CmD and DvL about his behaviour and might get him demoted,a CO shouldn't act like that,and that SU/MACE CO doesnt deserve their rank.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would notify admin higher ups,and i'd jump into action.I would permanently ban them.And me or the Higher ups could IP Ban them,DDOS or raiding a server is not a joke,i'd take it very seriously,even if they say 'it's a joke!'
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would ask other high ranking staff about it,i'd send a screenshot.If its not allowed,i would take more screenshots and send it to his higher ups and let them deal with him.
I see what you can do i'm mostly just worried that you might not be able to communicate efficently and potenially getting too hot-headed, despite that i think that, with your timezone and your experience, that some training for staff would most likely give you a better ability to do your tasks as a staff-member and maybe cool you down easier.

I've tried to calm myself down,im pretty sure it worked.I'll try to not get mad,since now its alot easier to be calm,and helping people and making people happy cools me down even more.
I'm up for a second chance. There will always be moments where the server will have no staff (Server down times) And yes, its good intent to try and be on to prevent rule breaking and such. I liked your response with the union questions, Fits well with what you should do. Over all a good app.
What does raise an eyebrow is what Some guy said. Anger can be some what of a questionable thing when it comes to staff because it could lead to non-just actions. From what you said, Hopefully you keep your cool.
I like your application! A lot of effort and detail was visibly put into your responses and you're definitely experienced since you're an Officer II. I think you'd make a capable addition to the server's staff team.

If you're to join the staff team, hot-headedness needs to be toned back a lot. Being an OFC II, I think your competency would be a great addition, along with timezone.
-1 You behavior is the main reason for the -1 you are very hot-headed while your do have competency i just believe you would not fit well into the staff team
