Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I really like this community. I have been around for quite awhile and I barely see staff on during the GMT hours. I want to show people how good of a staff member I can be if I am given the chance.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. Ask the union, if the union doesn't have proper reasoning (Civi was armed, trespassing) then the union would receive a warning (or verbal if they didn't understand) and then both parties would be returned back to where they were before the RDM took place.
What do you do? Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? Check the Subdivision Change channel in the rebel discord, and look for the correct Steam-ID, if it is the correct person then whitelist them accordingly. If not then warn them for lying to staff.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". Warn the HECU soldier for Fail Roleplay, Inform his officers and teleport him back to rebel base or slay him.
How do you proceed as a staff member? A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Check console to see if the cross had recently killed anyone, ask them if they were scouting or not. If they were, Inform them of their mistakes and give them a verbal warning if it appears they didn't know. But if they are a more seasoned member of cross then still inform them of their mistakes but warn them for Spawn camping and then either slay them or teleport them back to their base.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. Warn the CO of their mistake, give them a warning for Fail Roleplay and Inform someone higher then them within their COC (Chain Of Command)
How do you handle this? A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? This Grid would be breaking the rule D9 of the Building rules as the ball could technically count as a vehicle and can be moved, it would also be classed as Fail Roleplay and RDM (If he Had Killed anyone). A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do? Contact a higher staff member to handle the ordeal, or ask one of the current fellow staff online to help you deal with the situation. Then report it to a Head Admin of some sort for them to bring to light at a possible staff meeting but other then that have the group banned for DDOS threats.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do? Consult the rule book, If it isn't allowed then talk to a higher ranking staff then them but If it is allowed let them carry on
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? Mute them and Investigate.

The only 2 observations (for now) that I'd like to make:
- Posting IPs in chat is permabannable even if it was a joke (UNLESS it was a very obvious one, for example if it was 123.456.789. You still gotta tell them off though) or not, so in this case you have to ban them for as long as your ulx allows you to and request an extension to a permaban. Make sure to communicate this first to other staff though
- Not referring to any particular answer, but remember, you have !log at your disposal. It can help give you very valuable insight of situations
