Lack of GM's mostly, also just wanting to help with the server and make it a bit interesting. Have you ever been Event Staff or something similar before? If so, list your previous positions.

Criticism is good, I appreciate it when things go sour, always good to know on what you messed up on. While planning a server-wide Event you realized that it would make hosting it much easier if you had another Gamemaster assisting you, and manage to get someone to help. Unfortunately 5 minutes before the Event is scheduled to begin, they messaged you and said they would be absent. How do you proceed?
If that's the case, then I may have to just do it solo or ask another game master. If I were to do it solo though, I'd just make it a bit of a smaller event for me to manage it and their ain't alotta stress on me. While planning an Event, you decide to test some of the tools you think would be helpful. You go to the admin room, and start to experiment. Unfortunately, while testing with some NPCs the server crashed. How do you react?
Report the crash to Sentinel/Kenny and apologise. An NCO has finished training a Recruit, but there are no COs or Staff online to provide the whitelist. What do you do?
Give the whitelist to the recruit, cos no staff. While hosting a server-wide Event you have implemented a RP section where players can interact with a computer in order to open a door. Unexpectedly, a CO decides that they would rather that door stay closed (Presumably so that the other side cannot continue), and orders that the computer be destroyed. Given that the door is essential to progressing your event, how do you react?
On the computer, a sticky note is seen, it reads: "Keep Door Open!"
this is just gonna make the players know that the door has to be open While hosting a server-wide Event, a CmD/MAJ decides that they dislike it, and begin to openly attempt to get players to refuse to participate. This reaches the point that there are almost no players participating on one side. How do you resolve the situation?
It's never good to influence others to not do something, it's the players choice, so I'd just explain to them that it's their choice whether they'd like to attend or not. Also important to not get hostile with them, not really a good impression After hosting a server-wide Event, you are in the middle of a post-event Debrief when the COs present tell you to stop hosting your DB so they can host theirs. How do you react?

Inside events: Anything within their rules and something that doesn't crash the server. While preparing to host an Event, you notice that there are 3 vehicles deployed, and that the server is lagging a bit because of that. What do you do?
Reducing lag in events is most likely the key to enjoyment so if the driver is just idling I'll ask him where he's gonna go or what he's gonna do with it Describe your design process of Events prior to queuing them.
To be honest, I'll just get a random idea in my head and discuss the idea with over GM's to see if there could be any flaws and if it's good Create three Event ideas and describe them below. Be as detailed as you feel necessary. Originality is appreciated, and a lack of details will be penalized.
1.A Combine convoy with 2 APC's and 3 Hunters have been ambushed by a local Anarchist group. The APC's owned very crucial intel to the Combine if they wish to proceed a co-ordinated assault. The Combine's task is to retrieve the intel and pick off any Anarchists. The Resistance's task is to steal the intel for themselves to find out what the Combine is doing.
2. A nearby exogen breach has made it's way into the sector. Waves of antlions and antlion guards are making their way in to cause chaos. The objective is to re-activate nearby thumpers that link to the main, large, thumper that will recontain the breach.
3. A new Rebel communications centre has been created for easier communication and to request reinforcements. It's been rumoured that a new encrypted message will be sent within 30 minutes, it's the task of the Combine to locate, destroy and grab whatever intel they can.
How often do you think GMs should host events?
As much as they can, as long as it doesn't burn them out. Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak Staff or Gamemaster information, I will not abuse my powers, and I will not break the Gamemaster rules.
