An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Speak to the Civilian first, then to the Union. Ask for the reason. If the Civilian was near an Rebel, then its kind of ok, since that happens. If he really just took and killed him, I would clarify him about it, ask him, check if the Civillian broke any rules. If it’s his first time playing (after being RCT), then I woud tbh let him off with a verbal warning. If not, I woud give him a warning for RDM. (Also I check the logs about it)
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I get him, tell him that it was fail RP. If he wants to be a combine, he should just change to combine. I’ll warn him for Fail RP and tell his COs about what happened, so they can have an eye on him.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would just ignore it. He is not in my Sub Division (and Division, and good luck demoting another CO) and that’s just not a valuable reason to demote someone. (Aka just ignore him, that’s it) Until he kind of stops, or gag him if need to. If he starts to disrespect me, I would warn him for staff disrespect. I also notify his Higher Cos about his behavior. (and for safety reason take evidence)
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.

I would notify the other Mods/Admins that are on the server right now, and also notify HA/Managemen. I also woud make a screenshot. We would call them into a sit, talk about it. If were done and they still do it, we get their Steam IDs and ban them.

What do you do? Make a screenshot. I would try to find out if its really not allowed or allowed. If it’s not allowed, I send the screenshot to a higher Admin than him. (And also tell him foking not too)
while i find some answers to be a little "lenient" especially with the Mace/SU question i know you are active and i believe in time and practice/experience you could be a great staff member

Your formatting is very bad and you got kicked out of staff for failing operator phase just like Wizz mentioned, I'm giving this a neutral to give you a second chance to become staff again.
Neutral, same reasons as above except the formatting, I don't really care about that. I haven't seen you around a lot, so that could just be me or something about your activity.
