What is your suggestion?
Remove player on player collision.

How would this benefit the server?
It just makes moving around people janky, especially indoors and in crowded areas.

player collision is the most basic of features and is as intuitive as it gets. when it was previously disabled, it left me with a very arcadey impression and opened up a plethora of scummy tactics like MACE uncloaking inside of people, scavs/JURYs running through people mid combat and creating severe confusion, and stacking up in cqc environments like a clown car with little to no downsides.

Neither +1 nor -1
Yes, it has its benefits, but at the same time its downsides, it stops what was said previously by others, but in its own right, creates other problems, and its super finicky with friendly units and walled areas, maybe if the collision hitboxes or whatever was a bit smaller, it could prevent most of the problems, but the fact you can get stuck in someone you have been standing beside for a good 10 seconds, is extremely annoying.
[TLDR]
-1 to outright removing it
+1 to somehow making it not as finicky
(Thats a whole lotta words, too bad i aint reading em)

Player collision going away, as someone above mentioned, makes it feel a lot more arcadey.

With collision back combat aspects (such as boosting, overcrowding and friendly fire) are changed, as well as the roleplay aspects (guarding a location working because of bodyblocking against anyone trying to rush past, realism of actually colliding and bla bla). There's also the effect of changes to cuffing seeing as you can't cheese as much, and you can't just phase through a team-mate to get to someone etc. etc.

After having flipped from having collision and not having collision over the life of the server, I can safely say I prefer having it on.

At first, I didn't enjoy collision, but now, I think it's way better than no collision. It adds another way to MACE check and makes it generally nicer to defend or guard someone / something.
