Restrict Mortar/Remove Mortar

What is your suggestion?
A: Restrict Mortar use on the new map to events only / spawn-camp or remove it entirely.

How would this benefit the server?
A: At the current moment (the new map has been up for around 7 hours or so) only DVL+/COL+ can use the mortar. However, they can use the mortar at any time for any reason. This can ruin pushes and with no way to counter or retaliate if a COL+ / DVL+ is online. It ruins the possibility of a group to come together and make a successful push, as one or two mortars can destroy that entire push within seconds, no matter the distance from base. By making it event only, you give the option of additional powers to people, making a new front in strategy in defense/attack. With the current system, it ruins standard gameplay as there is no counter.

I'd say to restrict it either by increasing the time between artillery shots by a fuckton or make it depend on if the side using it has artillery

Why dont they have a restriction to it like the old rebel arty, I have my techs complaining about how it 1 shot a the T90 crew and the T90 was left empty, it shouldn't kill the crew and leave the vehicle there. I also agree with woodman, why is everyone clumped up? They are asking to die that way.

Give the mortar swep to Engineers and Grid like it was intended.

-1/+1 DVL+/COL+ wouldn't abuse mortars as normal units if they would, report how and when with proof then it could be restricted to even higher ranked CO's (leadership) to balance it out. Then again you can always attempt to outrun it as its pretty visible, if you stay within the vicinity of its attack it would pretty much be your own fault. (yes it may be big but you can attempt to run out of its attack zone)
