Pretty hard to push when rebels outnumber,have tankier units (such as HECU,LVET COMMANDO and RU deployed) even with coordinated pushes.This nerf just made it harder for combine and rebels to push back with air vehicles.

2 days ago combine outnumbered rebels 24-18, had a strider, rocket truck, HC and hunter deployed
people use air vehicles not to push back the winning team, but just to score easy kills
why would an hc be deployed during combine db if thats the case?

HC would only be deployed to either harass the rebels, or soften them up until combine can re-organize.
I have no clue on why there were so meny vehicles deployed 2 days ago as that isnt on the topic for why the rocket cooldown should be reverted

What does the usage of a vehicle have anything to do with a nerf in any way? It's being used rather than to be left in the open in base.

'The HC much like every other vehicle on the server is multi-purpose, there were pre-planned nerfs to the guns coming in agreed between both Tech&OVA as we acknowledge it was overtly powerful whereas it's counterpart isn't up until this rocket nerf was applied which has made both sides weaker. The HC has counters just like everything else.
For every single vehicle threat having HVYs/BALLISTAs online is already an active deterrent and counter when a vehicle is deployed. If you want to deal with the problem rather than apply a nerf to it first have the counter applied to it, and if it's still dominating the battlefield unilaterally when that counter is applied, then nerf it because it's clearly too strong.'

whats the purpose of the deployment if no combine are there to back it up and capture points?
another balance issue in terms of counterparts is the fact HC can shoot rockets out of the sky since they can aim the turret independently, while the rebel counterpart cant, not to mention their guns suck... i said the nerf was overboard but there needs to be a script in place to restrict rocket spammers like a cooldown between volleys, since "rules in place" obviously dont work, and stupid judgement protocols are abused to allow HCs to rack up 400 kills while combine refuse to deploy/are in a DB, again, hurting the purpose of "lets deploy a vehicle to help us PUSH and CAPTURE points" which is what its intended to do
u also didnt address cough people cough constantly swapping between tech/hc just to boost their k/d lol
ur acting as if this killed ur vehicle (which at least for the HC, it didnt) i just got sent a screenshot of a foxtrot going 110-8

The rules worked pretty well idk what you are on about and because combine are not deploying is not the foxtrot nor tech's fault.
And are you saying someone wanting to help both sides is bad and presuming that they are boosting KD? Wtf
If I were to presume some stuff it looks like you feel entitled to get to nerf a lot of stuff.

There is no such thing as judgement protocol. Its a automatic thing that is active when combine loose 2 critical points, either C (docks) or B (Mosque) as those are the closest to our base (excluding A since its in our border).Us having more combine while rebels have less dosnt mean we cant deploy multiple vehicles.The main purpose of high price vehicles are to push and help out, and 1 vehicles cant do that without actual ground units.
It killed a critical purpose of the HC and literaly crippled 2 of your rebel helis (KA52 and MI-8 which rely on their rockets cus of the strange gun placement).If you were able to actualy think and discuss with both division before moving on to the nerf, it could've gone abit smoother since since more people see this as a realy unwanted and idiotic nerf that never makes sense.
Also since when does K/D have a valid reason on the actual Vehicle without accounting on whos pilot/driving it.(If a player for example a LVET COMMANDO has a 264/40 K/D does it mean COMMANDO needs a nerf or does it mean hes just realy good at what hes doing?)
