What is your suggestion?
A: As the title says, revert the silent lock-on for the RPG.

How would this benefit the server?
A: This is really not needed at all, the RPG's issue is not that the enemy knows youre locking on to them, but consistency, sometimes the RPG has perfect tracking and at other times it flies a mile past your target, that and the lock on time takes decades. This is annoying for vehicles aswell, on stalker for example a grid or engie could run ninja, craft an rpg, hide in a tree or whatever, wait for an enemy aircraft to fly over them for an easy rocket hit, and most vehicles are incredibly fragile aside the transports. Technicians are incredibly rare these days, partily due to their vehicles being stolen left and right alongside the way they are balanced

Why are you pressed for a quality update when y'all be spamming vehicles


To formulate it better.

1 vehicle spam

2 certain maps you hide faster than one can lock on (c13 and mainstreet)

3 you get out of range so we can't lock on (stalker)

4 one tap explo/laserbeam when you hear it lock

-1, vehicle spam as of recent has been getting ridiculous and this is a much needed buff to anti-vehicle play.

"Vehicle spam" y'all are exaggerating things, tech is basically dead and 95% of the time the combine has all points anyway, meaning most vehicles you see are manhacks and rollermines

how many DTOs are there, because that’s what really matters. and trust me bro i’ve seen it, if combine can deploy it, they will. they got vics out all the god damn time

We are already doing changes around DTO for a while now, won't discuss things further, but deployment aren't a problem. There are ways to fight against vehicles with teamwork.

Sorry to scare people with the word teamwork, I know people are against it

this will lead to more vehicle spam or vehicles not existing at all which are both bad for the server
no push back vehicles meaning one side will just get stuck in their base most of the time (if vehicle divisions die) or u get spammed with more vehicles because 1 is no longer doing the job so u will need to get used to saying 3 striders or 3 air-vehilces from now on (if the vehicle spam happens)
no one will spawn 1 vehicle alone anymore I hope u though of that
