He’s one of the most helpful players I’ve ever met. Most of his bans are literal bs reasons or just for him memeing, he didn’t do anything big really.

As I've said to Ducks in his application, it'd be best for you to look into improving your behavior and staying out of trouble before you think about applying for the staff team. Don't be disheartened or unmotivated, just keep working hard on your behavior and you may have a greater chance on being accepted in the future. At the moment, though, the ridiculous amounts of warnings and bans aren't doing you any favors.
