I've been playing this server for at least 4 months now and I feel like me being a staff member now would be a new step in me helping everyone and becoming more helpful to the community and I enjoy playing on this server very much. I've always wanted to be a staff member not because of the power it has because I like helping people I like being there for people when other people cant and I want the chance to Help even more people I'm a trusted member so I already kind of am though it's mainly RP stuff which is awesome and If you deem me not ready I still Help people with RP stuff. I'm also aware that I need to take things not so seriously and I am Currently working on myself as a recent interaction with my parents made me aware that it was their fault I was such an Asshole to people and I apologize for that. What do you do? If a ticket has been made I would first get the civilians side first if I find that the civ is a anarch via tab id assume he pulled a gun out at the union but then what I would do then is get the unions side next and if the story's don't match up id come to the conclusion that the union killed the civ randomly and warn the union of Rdm because there told at training that they are not allowed to shoot civ's under any circumstances unless
1. the civ pulled a gun out and shot at the union
2. the union asked the civ to leave and the civ didn't comply
3. the civilian walked into the unions gun by accident Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? Immediately ban the nco as leaking I.P addresses permanently because it's is fucking disgusting and puts the person if its real into a really dangerous situation.
We have come to a consensus to deny your re-apply as staff. We as a collective still have an unwavering decision to deny you due to still having doubts within a changed behavior, and reading the last bit of "Why do you want to be part of the staff team?" I want to respectfully say please do not blame your parents for your current issues it removes the healthiness of taking accountability on moving forward within yourself.
