I came here a nobody and the community here has welcomed me with open arms, from screaming my head off to shitposting rebel propaganda in combine discord and having some pretty great discussions with Samantha, who I believe might be the most in-tune leadership model with their faction. Any staff who can vouch for you? Samantha, Osprey, Morpheus (maybe) An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Give him a polite warning against killing civilians for no reason, because I understand that these things happen. Civilians and passive anarchists have a habit of wandering into active zones. If it's clear that he's attempting to kill the guy or trying to torment him, I'd give him a proper warning for RDM. If he continues PAST that point, a ban. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? Well, normally the procedure would be that the CO contacts a staff because they're responsible and don't leave hangfires like that- but if it were the case, I'd contact the major for snipers (Hi! My DM's are always open for these things.) and ask him for confirmation. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Well, as far as I am aware- I haven't been able to find documentation on this- defection isn't a properly supported action on this server. So I'd politely tell him, "no", and to leave the combine base borders. Alternatively he'd just get cuffed and interro'd by NPU. No harm done! A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Give him a proper warning, and notify his CmD of the incident. I wouldn't advise anything past that, as each CO runs their operation differently. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Lol! As if this'd happen- though if it is a question I'd assume it has. Just record the discussion and notify his DvL, potentially Combine Leadership if said DvL takes no action against the clear corruption. Also, a formal warning to note the interaction on his record. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? For Grid, yes. They are only permitted to build defensively. However, if it were a CWU or a GM just shitting around, that'd be acceptable, so long as no propkilling occurred. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Well, threats like this are not taken lightly. Take down the members' steam profiles and steam ID's and ban them. If they truly meant it as a joke, they can appeal the ban- though joking about that is severly frowned upon. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? Ban. Straight up. Joking or not, doxxing someone in this way is entirely prohibited.
