I wish to be apart of the staff team because I wish to make an impact on the server by helping all those who need it. Playing on this server for over a year now I have needed staff many, MANY times and not everytime staff have been there to help, and even more times they are slow to respond. And I believe that happens enough to warrant me trying to join the staff team and give people the assistance they need. And in any case I also would like to give a little to the server, because with the amount of memories and batshit insane stuff I have seen in this server, it would be nice to bring some good back into the server, and make sure people have a good time overall. Also staff seems like an interesting and fun path to take due to my lack of experience in being staff in any server.

I believe I can be a unbiased bringer of judgement in times of crisis, or rather I wont let any preexisting reputations or standing in the community, good or bad, to disrupt my way of thinking when responding to a situation that would call for staff action. I also believe I can be an active member of the staff team and with my time zone being welcoming for me in terms of high server population, I can be on the server in those times fully ready and energized. And lastly I really do believe I can make the server a more welcoming and hospitable place for old and new players alike.

What do you do?
I'd bring the civilian because he's probably the one who would call the sit in this scenario and get his side of the story, then I would bring the Union and ask him for his side and come to a conclusion based on if they have any sort of evidence or if the stories from both sides paint a clear picture.

How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring him into a sit upon being notifed of it and I would first ask him why he would want to defect in the first place, and how did he think or "find out" he could do something like that, then I would tell him that that isnt allowed on the server, and most likely warn him for FailRP if his actions were severe enough to warrant it.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would probably warn him for FailRP for trying to do an IC punishment in an OOC setting, as well as another FailRP warn for the original offense, and then I would let his superior know about what he had done and tell him not to do it again or there will be consequences...
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would definitely ban all of them for as long as I can before requesting for them to all be permanently banned by someone who can do it, and maybe I would tell Sentinel about the group too if need be.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would firstly ask them what they are doing, and ask if its allowed, and if their answer is a little suspicious then I would ask somone above them to verify if their answer is honest.
