What do you do? I'd question both parties separately so neither of them twist the story in their favor upon hearing the other person talk. I'd try to gather as much information and evidence. Then depending on how well both of the partys' stories matched up, and the evidance provided (if there is any) i'd decide if the union in question should be given [color=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.698)]a warn.[/color] Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I would check the rebel discord's subdivision change channel to see if that person did indeed pass and if it was logged. If everything was in check I'd give them the WL An H.E.C.U. I'd simply give them a verbal warning and tell them that he has allowance to one class per faction and that there is no need to do what he did A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? I would check the server logs to see if that cross did indeed kill someone. If is shows that he's did it, i'd teleport him to a secluded place where i'd tell them that he's not allowed to do that and i'd promply explain the scouting rules and what they can and can't do whilst scouting. Shortly after i would warn the cross and contact the cross' higher-ups and inform them of the unit's behaviour. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this? I'd turn on my OBS to record the interaction and tell the CO that threatening to demote someone is a big no no. I'd also tell them that just because they're an Officer, it doesn't mean that they can ignore/bypass a rule. I'd punish the CO accordingly and inform their behaviour to their CMD/DvL A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? Yes it breaks the rule d3 mothafucka A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do? Record the whole interaction, I would also permaban them. then I'd provide the information to higher authority for review. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do? I'd start recording their behaviour. I'd then check the rules to see if their actions are not breaking them. If i still do not know whether their doings are allowed i'd send video proof to a higher authority than the high ranking staff member to ask if it allowed or not. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? I would perma ban said NCO and tell them over discord of their wrongdoings, as leaking IP's is not a joke, then I'd inform them that they can appeal their ban if they believed their actions did not deserve such punishment.
