Should playermodels have more highlights?

With some maps blending in with playermodels such as pripyat and canals due to how dark they are, should Combine/Rebel playermodels have more visibility on them so it would be easier to spot an enemy?

probably something like that, or making all playermodel textures programmer art levels of contrast
