Explain the bug:
A: Artillery (when an eng shells a point) is completely silent. You can't hear them get fired or when they land.

I don't remember it being a problem before the weather was added.

Shells are randomly silenced, as far as I can tell, it's based on your distance to the place that shot the shells. It has definitely happened before weather was added, so the problems are not related.

Silent shelling has existed for some time, I'm not sure if its map specific or not.
