Why should you be unbanned?
1: I feel the duration of my ban is a little too much considering this is my first warn/ban I've ever received on this network. I understand it's protocol to ban someone for 3 days due to LTAP however.
2: Strelitzia even said I didn't leave straight away I left 3 minutes after the gagged was issued, however I said several times to several players that I was leaving for dinner. On one of these occasions [b]Strelitzia was present on his Combine Deputy. Even though he was present he denys hearing any such claims.[/b]
[b]3: I feel I did nothing wrong. I wasn't aware that you had to inform staff of your leaving of the server after a punishment, even though the rule may exist I feel the t-mod did hear what I said when I said I was leaving for dinner as I blabbled on about it for 10 minutes, the staff member ignored me once I asked to look at the footage before my demotion which was recorded. I feel this is vital to my appeal as it proves that I informed players and a staff member that I was leaving the server for dinner. This would prove that I didn't leave to avoid punishment a (Gag) but I left for dinner.[/b]
Other: I want to apologize for my actions in the discord I was just mad and being antagonized by people in the discord on top of the false ban it was a lot of built up salt that just flew out my mouth.
Also I mentioned several times that the T-mod in question was recording I just want to make sure staff know I understand that's his recording and he has the right to show and not show the footage
+1 how is it ltap if really you got to leave IRL? I mean if you are captured sure but gagged? I mean if he didn't return shortly after than this would be unfair.

I'm not here to argue with your opinion was well as it is your opinion but I wanna give context to my behavior. I was falsely banned (In my opinion) and I was being antagonized by members of the community, granted my actions weren't justified but I was getting a little heated due to randoms just waffling and talking shit not adding anything to the conversation that was going on.
As I said before in response to Echos, I was heated due to the ban and just being antagonized by randoms, my behavior wasn't at all acceptable but this is my first ban and warn ever on the network. I feel a false LTAP ban for a first time punishment is too extreme
Also regarding me "saying the N-word" granted I was most defiantly pushing it and was stupidly close to actually saying it I stand by the fact I never said "N*gger" blatantly, as proven by chat I stand by the fact I said "negger" but it doesn't have anything to do with the ban
Your reactions after the ban was unacceptable. Evidence shows that you were obviously saying the Hard R straight away towards a group of people, showed in the main discord you obviously cannot control yourself, deleted your own messages that showed you ignoring the server's rules, and started threatening other people with both death threats and threats of joining on an alt (which btw gets you IP banned period).

I don't care about any excuses for him saying the n word (he totally did). Most GAMERS have said it at least once in CvR, and regardless thats not the topic of this discussion.
Man got punished by gaggin and then he left, I think banning him because he left while being gagged is beyond stupid (not an attack to Strelitzia).
Staff cleared the messages I think I never deleted a message only 1 which was asked by a staff member
As said to a staff member the bomb joke was an edgy joke, unless you’re 60 and a teacher anyone can acknowledge it was just That, a joke But as for me saying the NWORD that was nothing to do with my appeal

Seeing as how you're a bit toxic (some of it was antagonised by me, most was yours), arrogant, and overall not remorseful or willing it admit fault, I think you do, indeed, deserve this punishment.
As Strel's video showed, you called an NPU that cuffed you, a recruit (which is kinda strange), a "n*gger." The word you claimed to have said is "negger" which is a very close word to the one you clearly said, "n*gger." No matter which word you said, the staff in question punished you as such. I was Head of Staff before on a different server, i know what I'm talking about.
In addition, you left the server while gagged to eat dinner. Whether it was misjudgement on your part or the staff member not hearing you, you got banned per protocol for LTAP. It was not your choice to eat, but it was to determine how you'll leave your computer. You could have gone AFK or made a staff ticket saying "Sorry, I gotta go eat dinner, be right back" and leave.
You also stated in Media and Artwork that you wish to not make an appeal on the basis of "So it'll get denied" and only asked for the link when the channel got muted. In a nutshell, you should be banned and serve your time for a thing you did.

As a somewhat witness to the conversation in media-artwork on the discord, I can say that "being antagonized" is a fairly strong word. You didn't react well before the conversation, as referenced by Nekso's screenshots, and at that time it was before the conversation within media-artwork.
Kenny wasn't being particularly helpful, and his actions could be described as antagonistic, but the vast majority of others were not acting in such a fashion.
Perhaps your LTAP ban is unfair, and perhaps you did not act as a racist asshole, but your actions themselves in response to this situation do not depict a particularly nice character. A reduced ban may be warranted, especially as it was a gag, not a jail or other, more active punishment.
As to whether or not the staff is lying, it would be a good idea for the staff in question to post their perspective, as it has been called into question. From this, it can likely be determined fully what the resolution here should be.
As for the last comment, death threats are taken seriously here. We don't mess around much when it comes to those, DDoSs, or DOXing. Keep that in mind.
