Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
I've spent a whole bunch of hours on this server and enjoyed a whole bunch of it, and now i want to repay the server by trying to improve it. As well as this, recently when i've been on the server the only thing close to staff i've seen on the server are gamemasters, and i wanna fix that by filling that lack of staff hole with me.
With this i'd say it basically boils down to:
Me wanting to improve the server.
And me wanting to keep the server enjoyable for others when other staff are a bit lacking.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I've had experience as a CO.
I've have spent a whole bunch of time on the server, making me experienced in it. I'd make a great inquisitor
I've nearly allways tried to stay rule-abiding and have admitted to being wrong or potenially being in the wrong when i've been brought to an admin sit where i might've fucked up.
Though out with the bullet points and in with the proper talking, i've spent time and intrest in this server, trying to stay rule-abiding and having been trying to help CO's or players in situations, i'm more then willing to accept the fact that this staff application will not go through and that it will probably be denied.
I've been able to mediate situations where 2 players were at odds against eachother, one time as a Riot CO when 2 NPU's were slightly at eachother (which ended up in them apologizing to eachother) And one time where a KILO got killed by a FOXRTOT due to the FOXTROT beliving the KILO was an SU preparing to hijack the vehicle, which ended with me mostly trying to just get the 2 to forget about this and go their own seperate ways about it.
To sum it up all:
I've had experience in this and i'm willing to work for Definitive Networks.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
Yes, it's sensible in my opinion and i think i'm understanding as to the reason behind this.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
If they're willing to tell their sides of the story, then i might be able to cross the stories between the two to make a understandable situation which led up to the killing.
If there are any text logs i will check those to potenially get a full story about what happened.
If there are any eye-witnesses besides the 2 then i'll ask them what happened.
I'd give 3 potenials of this (from the context i've only been given):
1. Either the civilian or MPF Union was lying, in-which they will be punished as according to the rules.
2. The MPF Union was in the right, and that the civilian was non-compliant and refused to be detained.
3. The civilian was in the right and the MPF Union was not so knowledgeable of what they were doing.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
This i'm unsure of due to i'll admit i'm not fully knowing of the rules behind this, and might ask for other staff(s) help if it's a bit more complicated, however from my experience as an NPU when we were trying to convert RUE into OTA ECHO you'd require the following:
The H.E.C.U to be fully willing to defect.
A CO of a transhuman sub-division willing to do this.
An MPF Helix on-site prepared to do surgery to achieve this transhumanization into the transhuman sub-division.
And an NPU (from what i've seen) overseeing the proceedings.
However if i'm given knowledge that this is not allowed then i'd preferably make the NPU "Amputate" the H.E.C.U.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Inform their DvL or whoever is higher above them or inform affairs, this is un-acceptable behavior no matter how you put it. And i will not stand for such manipulation of this caliber to be allowed on the server.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Perma-ban them (if i'm able to)
Threats on the server about the server is strictly prohibited, this is extremely unacceptable and unless if they are quite obviously joking, in-which it's all in an attempt of humor (eg., "HeY GuYs I'Ll DdOs YoU WiTh My MoMs 356KbP/s InTeRnEt If YoU DoN'T GiVe Me AdMiN PrIvIlEgEs - Salty ass kid") though i'd still demand them to tone it down if the line between an attempt of humor and an actual threat is only a molecule thin.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Unless i'm immdieatly informed (with proper evidence) if this is allowed, then i'd most likely ask whoever is above that "high ranking staff member" if it is allowed to do that.
