well we could just make it that Weak spot aint compatible with brain damaged
Another idea would be that with brain damaged your accuracy decreases even with a sniper rifle.
How the fuck can ya concentrate with a brain damage. Good for shottys I guess

I think using two perks just to take off headshot multiplier is a con itself, though I guess the decision is left up to the dev team.

alright so here is another idea, instead of the both perks negating each other, I only said that no headshot multiplier will be applied when they get shot in the head. Headshots are still being registered and weak spot will still give ya the instadeath. Boom Bang Bow fixed

Like hell, maybe make it that headshots do a 0.5x multiplier, so instakill headshots can still be a thing instead of just removing headhitbox
