What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster? I don't see many well planned or unbiased events, and I'd like to change that by forming events that everyone would be able to enjoy, not just one side. I'd also love to do events that would enhance players' role-playing experiences with the server, and I could do some silly events to up everyone's mood.
Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list below. I was staff on a now dead DarkRP server and did events weekly. I only had a few attendants, but that was mostly because of the low playerbase.
Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment. If the criticism is constructive, I would listen to it, and apply the suggestions I agree with to my next event. If it was harassment, I would ask them to stop and ignore it, but report it to a staff member if it continued.
A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action? I would bring him to a sit and listen to his complaints. If he has any good suggestions, I would apply them to the event; however, if he was disrupting the event just because he wants to/he doesn't like it, I would ask a staff member to deal with him since I have to deal with an event.
A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action? I would ask him to stop harassing me and answer his question. If he continues harassing me, I'd report him to a staff member with screenshots of chat.
What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events? A GM can change a player's armor, health, model, etc. within the borders of the event. Outside of the event, a GM is not allowed to modify another player.
You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action? I would tell them that it is an important DB and continue with it, however, if they continue to insist, I would quickly wrap it up and let them do their DB.
A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do? If I need him and he isn't available, I would postpone the event until he is available. If he isn't available but I don't need him, I'd try my best to run the event by myself.
After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action? If the event requires the use of vehicles, I would ask both sides to limit their vehicle usage to one per team. If the lag is still there, I would postpone the event for the sake of the server until the lag is fixed. If the event doesn't require vehicles and it is still laggy after limiting vehicles, I would completely get rid of both team's vehicles.
What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think) 1. Drafting (Get an idea and plan it out) 2. Presentation (Present the idea to fellow GM's for criticism) 3. Improvement (Apply suggestions given by other GM's) 4. Get Permission (Get the green light for an event) 5. Announce the event 6. Execute the event
A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do? I would bring the Captain to a sit and explain to him why he shouldn't do what he is doing. If he continues his actions, I would report him to the staff team with screenshots of his behavior and report him to his higher-ups.
How often do you think GM's should host events? I feel like 2-3 times a week minimum, with at least 1 big event and some small events sprinkled in there.
List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]
1. Last Stand - Bring one team to a fortified area with 1 respawn per player. 1 ground vehicle would be provided, with ammo boxes around. The other team, with 5 lives each, would need to overrun the point until all members of the area are defeated. 5 waves in total, no vehicles for the other team. Winning team rewarded with weapons + increased
2. Prop Hunt - Hide 3 colored props at 3 major points, whichever team brings the most props back wins a weapon. 3 Rounds of this, with the last winning team being awarded a heavy ground vehicle + improved HP/AP.
3. Zombie Apocalypse - One team gets stripped of everything except for fists, and the other team must survive in the city as long as possible. No vehicles allowed, players must stay in the city limits. Defenders have 1 life, Zombies have 5 lives. On the final waves, Zombies become sentient and are allowed to use sidearms. Winning team is rewarded with weapons.

Answers are good in some areas, but the events provided are a bit bland.
As for what GMs are allowed to do outside of events, You are kinda wrong in a way cause we are only allowed Stuck Tickets.
Also Neutral cause I really have not heard of you at all.
