Here at Definitive Networks we believe that all of our members should be able to give their opinion on Staff Applications. But there are rules to doing such comments. Reminder that all comments unless directly responding to someone in the comment section should have a +1 or a -1 When rating staff application, members of Definitive Networks must follow these guidelines:
You are allowed to:
Give a feedback which is related to person’s in-game behavior to help management better understand the person
Bring up few questions towards an applicant regarding incidents which he was involved in recently
Provide Evidence as why an applicant should not be a staff member (images/videos)
Ask questions about the application (such as an applicants given answers to the questions asked in the application, or past history)
You are not allowed to:
Rate an application based on what relationship you are in with an applicant (in-game friend/rival)
Harass in any way an applicant no matter what
Rate an application without providing reasons with it (only posting +1 or -1)
