Who are the Tradesman? We're a brand new, economically oriented anarchist faction. Our goal is to revolutionise the server's trading scene into something brand new, something that allows for anyone to establish trades in order to quickly sell away their materials and/or exchange what they already have for other materials. While we're small now, we plan to grow our stock to high enough amounts to eventually be able to meet anyone's material needs on the server.
Whether your weapon has broken or you've just reached a new level and want to craft your new weapons, if our plans go through, we'll collectively have enough stock to meet your needs.
What are the advantages to trading with us? We plan to offer our materials at a significantly lower price than current market prices and plan to offer them in significantly higher amounts than independent traders. We'll also be primarily recruiting active people, all from different time zones to allow for trades to be made at most times of the day. We also have plans to offer loyalty discounts to people who frequently trade with us which can make trading with us significantly cheaper depending on how long you've done it for.
We even offer positions within the faction for people who are consistantly able to supply large amounts of stocks to the faction and offer rewards for those who pick this position, such as paying higher amounts for their materials than we would with usual traders.

We offer two main roles within the faction for people to apply into, each with their own different perks that can help a member grow financially. These offer new ways for players to enjoy the game, something that differs greatly from the FPS centered gameplay the community is so used to. The two roles can be seen below.
Merchant A role designated with the purchasing and reselling of materials. They hold the majority of the faction's material in their inventories and are called into the server when a player wants to make a trade. Merchants are also able to trade with one another, either doing a 1:1 trade of material or through paying 5-10% extra to obtain it.
In order to keep the faction trusted by the members of the community, all merchants will have to sell and buy items for the same amount of money as the faction values the items as. This keeps trades fair between all players. Members caught trying to up their own prices to force people to overpay will get kicked from the faction.
It's the job of merchants to also act as investors as for the faction to keep its stocks up, merchants will oftentimes have to pay for more materials than they need at a current moment of time. This stock will usually be purchased from Harvesters.
This role is made for people less capable of upholding activity as they don't always need to be in game to keep the faction growing because as investors, they'll have to wait before they make their money back from purchases.
Harvester A role designated with collecting mass amounts of materials and selling them to Merchants to help grow the faction. This makes them the backbone of the faction as they're the main way the company grows its stock. To compensate for their effort, they are paid more than non-faction members and are prioritised first to be paid by the faction. This allows for them as an individual to greatly grow their finances.
This role is made for people who are active and willing to spend time harvesting resources instead of only getting resources from capturing points and fighting. They aren't expected to always search for resources, though are encouraged to try to do so every so often.
Alongside these roles, inside the discord, we're going to be constantly developing methods in which we can generate more revenue, which can not only help you grow even faster, but it can offer ways for you to interact with the rest of the Tradesman community while also assisting in helping with the growth of the faction. We also aim for the discord to be a friendly and fun place to interact in and will do our best to limit toxicity and try to encourage interaction with members.
For those who are interested in progressing in a rank structure, we do eventually plan to add one and have them come with different rewards and benefits.
