I have been part of this community for over 4-5 years now, and I have never staffed on the server before (I believe so, can't remember it, if I was, it was short then) I did have some moments I was not playing the server for quite long times, but this was mainly because of me being away for my job and not able to play. But I do believe when I was playing the server for a long time, I was trying to make this server fun, being this as a CO or just a normal player and helping people if they needed to.
Recently I came back from operations and have found time to play again, (do note I'm able to play for very long times now, considering I'm not part of long-term operations for now.) So I decided to apply to help the server to make it fun for everyone and give out help where necessary. I would be a great help considering my past staff experience mainly being on DarkRP, PoliceRP, and SCP RP most of time reaching admin and even once Head admin, so my experience could be a great assistance to the staff team. Any staff who can vouch for you? Antonio and Raven could vouch for me as they know me from my past times.
An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would wait if a ticket is being made as, in most cases this would be an accidental crossfire or trigger finger and thereby killing the civ when they didn't want to. If a ticket is made, then I would handle the sit normally and ask what happened, listen to him, and ask if there is also any evidence, I would check logs and also, if needed, ask the "Union in question" about what happened on his part.
If I find it's an accidental kill, then I would just say so and close the sit; if everything points out it was RDM then I would warn the Union for RDM. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
I would just ask a sniper CO if this is true, if none is on, then I would check Subdivion logs on Discord and give him the whitelist. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Take the HECU in a sit and ask what he is doing, I would then tell him it's against the rules to do this as it's FailRP. I would guide the person to MOTD if he didn't know and make sure he reads all the rules, I would then warn him about FailRP. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
I would check the logs if the cross had perms or wrote it in team chat; if he did this, then I would check if he killed or shot someone behind borders. If I see nothing, I ask the person who made the ticket what the cross did, as it could also be a case of the cross not exfilling after being spotted. If this was the case, I would ask for evidence as I can't make a conclusion without evidence; if he does not have any, then I would close the ticket.
If there were evidence, then I would bring the cross to the sit and ask why he didn't exfill after being spotted, if he says so he didn't see him being spotted, and on the video, it wasn't clear either, I would conclude it as being an accident and say to be careful and close the sit.
If the evidence clearly shows him being spotted and he would know, I would then warn the cross according to the staff book. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would continue handling the sit according to the staff handbook, collect evidence of his behavior and report this to the correct COs, and if necessary report this to staff higher-ups as this should not be happening at all. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
Bring the GRID into a sit as this is against the building rules, tell him about it, and then punish him according to the staff book. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Collect evidence of this matter and report this to staff higher-ups and react on what they conclude of this, most likely; This would be a perma ban as threatening to DDOS is always perma ban considering it's a serious matter and shouldn't be joked about. And for the part of raiding the server, I would punish them as how it should be. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I would just collect evidence of this if I see it's something that's against server or staff rules and just report him, I would ask him, though, what's he doing to make sure it was not something stupid and that it was needed, but if not I would just leave it to the higher-ups. Which would most likely be the head admin or even higher if it is the head admin. There is no point in arguing or trying to solve it as he is higher ranked, and I shouldn't be doing it really. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
If it's anything near a realistic IP, take evidence and ban the person in question immediately and report this to higher-ups so they can perma ban and make sure they are notified of this. Of course if it's a joke IP then I would leave it alone but also tell them not to make jokes with IPs as we take these cases seriously.
