A: Revert the point capturing changes to how it was How would this benefit the server? A: This would benefit low pop ALOT. During low pop its normal that 1 side outnumbers the other by a large amount, this new point capturing system makes playing on low pop IMPOSSIBLE. Since you can't capture any points since its normally a 2v6 on low pop. The update has also killed off pushbacks such as jugg, la, etc. (In fact 1 jugg resigned after the change took place!). Also having all the action in one place is just asking for FPS lag at this point, people who don't have good PC's will have around 10-20 fps in the point that's chosen. Transport vehicles such as APC's, KA29's etc also has become useless since theres no point to get infantry to get other points if there's only 1 point available to capture. Advisory Warning Member 28 May 24 at 2:20pm #4 Have to agree with the new system needing to stew a little longer. Once a team caps a point nothing can be done. And in the event that it isn't fully capped when it switches the team the *SHOULD* have it can't finish it and can't respawn there. There is also the issue of combine having FOBs and rebels not having an equivalent making respawns even more difficult. I think it should be changed to how the logi lines backcapping system was. You can back cap other points but it requires several people to do so. That would fix the snowballing problem and allow the team that should cap a point to finish after the primary swap. Find
Mythic Cum Man Server Administrator VIP 28 May 24 at 2:51pm #5 EOW get countered my many different things, with them working so tight-knit as a squad its easy to kill them as a mix of shotguns and snipers completely counter them, so far today there's only been 2 EOW on and they haven't even been the ones who are securing map control, its been the communication and planning to capture the points and hold them that has been making combine win. ZeDoctor37 Member 28 May 24 at 6:13pm #6 I actually like the idea of combat being focused onto 1 point/place. The only problem with the update is the fact that they need to remove/change some features to better suit the update. For example, previous points that were used as hardpoints should go back to neutral status instead of keeping there previous winners status. This allows it so the winning side of the previous hardpoint doesn't have a uncappable respawn point that can make cause one side to have a permanent advantage. Another example is that combine still only spawn with their squad leader and no one else. With the removal of faction upgrades, combine now suffer with spawning on 1 person while rebels spawn on any member. This makes it so combine recover slower than rebels which could cause entire battles to be lost. Although FOB's are not in the game yet so this might change. This update is still a very good idea but has been implemented poorly in my opinion Find

Outlaw VIP 28 May 24 at 7:08pm Edited #9 mfw people are calling for the lattice system to come back (especially since maps now are bigger than they used to be when it was active) The new system is actually REVIVING the pushback classes and they are much more effective now especially LA, their kills are much more valuable now, and in general many classes now are much more important, if one team has vehicle class/COs to spawn APCs and the other team doesn't, the other team has very little chances to keep up, also engi/grid and heavy/ballista are also more valuable now. So far my opinion of the system is positive, I think nobody has played the game enough to form a good opinion on it, and I'd say before making any chances we need to run this system for a few more days to see things more clearly.
