What is your suggestion?
A: make it for anyone who spawns on a squadmate have bullets pass through them for a second once they spawn or once they move
How would this benefit the server?
A: I've had multiple times where my squadmates would tank my shots whenever they spawn right as I'm about to shoot my enemy, this change would make it so there would be decrease instances of dying instantly after spawning and your squadmates soak the shots, alternatively make them invulnerable to damage for 1 second or until they move

I can somewhat understand. Sucks when someone is killed right when they spawn. Or even blocking a hit/spray as they spawn for their lucky teammate.
It's kind of be an interesting middle ground. Though the perk 'safeguard' does exist, but whether it's worth a perk slot is entirely up in the air.
For me personally, I don't like the idea. Kind of, pushes the idea of "your safe on spawn.". Instead of incentivizing for people to think outside of the box to work together as a team for better placement, positioning, and regrouping.
The issue is definitely there and worth fixing but fixing it like this would cause its own problems. Whether or not it's worth it, I'm not sure.
