Explain the bug:
A: When somebody eats a ration, they gain bonus health, if a HELIX uses the syringe gun on them, all of the bonus health they got goes away and resets it.

A: Today during the event

Same effect if they were given extra HP by GMs. It's a long standing and well-known bug.

Will make syringe gun do nothing if you're over max HP. Thank you for the report. Locked/Moved.
