N/a

Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
My previous experience on the gamemaster team left me feeling unhappy, due to no fault of the ones on the team or those above me at all, only my own.
I left feeling unhappy as I am currently, and have been previously a gamemaster on other servers, close or similar to CvR.
Though the gamemaster position also includes taking staff tickets on those servers, I didn't really think about what I was getting into or what I'd have to do here, where things are different, so I'm back now to do what I believe is the better position for me.

Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
These types of "why should you be accepted to xyz" have always perplexed me.
A simple question at face value, just need to simply list what I know or what I do that makes me unique and seem more out of place to other applicants.
But I always end up saying the same thing:
I don't think I should or shouldn't be accepted onto the staff team, as there are likely people who can do the job faster, and more efficiently than I can - but that does not mean I am incapable of doing the job.

Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR?
Yes.

Any staff who can vouch for you?
Antonio

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Bringing both parties individually to a sit and asking what happened, I'd form a case from there.
Depending on either sides explanation, in conjunction with chatlogs/staff logs showing what happened, I'd form the conclusion there.

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I'd inform the HECU unit that he is not allowed to be in Combine base, and that you cannot "RP defect," as you're allowed one character per faction (or two, if you own VIP.)
Letting him off with a verbal warning, this information would also need to be given to HECU COs as they're the ones to properly deal with it.

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would have to explain to the SU/MACE CO that, despite their ability to demote my RP character, that wouldn't do them any good and only get themselves in deeper trouble.
I'd make a rational attempt to explain to them that they simply broke a rule of infiltrating and, well, maybe they just forgot to notify their team.
But their behavior about threatening to demote someone would not go unnoticed, I'd have to send this type of information to the respecting higher ups of the CO as to make them aware of their attempted abuse of power.

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Threats are not taken lightly, especially if they are threats relating to raiding or DDoS. As, for one, intention or attempting to incite a server mass rulebreak is prohibited and grounds for being banned, but DDoS attacks are also fairly illegal.
For raiding? They would simply be banned if they actually began to incite a mass rulebreak.
For DDoS threats? Have them banned for a short period of time as threatening to DDoS is against the rules -- if they actually attempt to DDoS the server, well, their steam ID's can be sent to Sentinel and he can deal with them then.

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I'd have to get a recording of this staff member doing something "questionable" and ask them later on about what they were doing.
Their response, whether positive or negative, would dictate whether or not the recording would be sent to people who have a higher authority to me.
Unless its Sentinel, which then I would have to just go fuck myself I guess.
