What do you do? Ask a story from both sides, view logs. If no clear evidence is presented/discovered, warn the MPF Union for RDM.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring the HECU to a sit and let him know RP defecting is not allowed give him a fail RP warn, let a HECU CO know what he did
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? i would clip the incident and clip the sit and sends to mace co/su co higher if that fails i send it to DvL/COL and if i get demote i go straight to affairs
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I'll instantly ban them even If its a joke threatening about you are going to DDOS or raid it is extremely dangerous since we don't know if you are actually joking or going to DDOS it.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I would proceed to quickly take either a screenshot or a recording of the following incident, quickly get in to contact of lower management+ and give in the following information i have managed to gather about the individual, asking the following questions if this action is considered allowed or not
Well Slashes aren’t sentences, but I know you’re a high up and experienced in CvR enough to know the rules and I know you can probably do an alright job at staffing hopefully without racism ).
-1 While yes there are times ducks can follow certain aspects of rules.
He mainly comes off as mingy, not able to follow rules, and constantly having to be reminded to follow certain rules. there are times when the player is told multiple times where he should understand and has come close to multiple times of being banned for constant failure to follow the same rules he was told not to break.
ducks is a good boy and know the ins and outs of CvR, even tho he might be a little rebel bias it won't affect that much, he would make a great staff member.
as shit posty and memey as ducks can be, he should definitely get shot at staff for his activity and his answers
i feel like he can take the role seriously when he's on duty while still being laid back when he just wants to play the game, which in my eyes is a huge virtue, as people can sometimes take their jobs way too seriously
Honestly, Ducks, I think you're a helpful, active, and an overall great person. You're always interacting with the community and you're constantly looking into how to make it better. The only thing setting you back is your inconsistent behavior. Whenever I think you're improving and staying out of trouble, you somehow manage to get warned for the same infraction over and over. If you want to be accepted into the staff team, you have to be someone who enforces rules, not break them from time to time.
Please try your best to improve your behavior, remain active as you always are, and lengthen your app as best you can. At the moment, your app could do with a bit of a work, as it's missing a lot of detail in the scenario questions and your reasoning for wanting to be a part of the staff team and why you should be accepted into it.

I agree with what Alex said. He mainly just goofy in certain areas, but he does use his brain during DBs most of the time
