they aren't as easy to counter as some people are making them out to be i feel like, a lot of RU just track you and if you try to jump around like a crack addicted feind your hipfire spread goes to shit or your ads starts looking weird and you miss your shots

They aren't? I've had little to no problem with RU in a ranged, cqc, and when I catch them off guard. All you do it shoot at them or strafe around them so they can barely track you. simple.

+1 kinda, I don't think RU needs to be remodeled to any of those 3, not in the slightest and the 3 ideas kinda seem pretty dumb. But like the brand said "it might require a bit of tweaking," and IMO I think it's in the range of that shotgun.

1) If it takes you an entire mag to destroy an RU's shield then you just fucking suck.

2) Just because RU is active doesn't mean it should be nerfed

3) RU is designed to be a mix between a tank and dps class. That is why it doesn't have Jugg or OSS amounts of HP, or a SWORD(i know gross sword)'s shotgun. 
    The job of an RU is to be the first one to enter a building, and to either make way for the rest of the team, or to die like a chad.

4) RU is practically useless in any engagement outside of close-medium combat. (so dont rush an RU head-on inside of a building and complain about it)

5) The RU's shield is also bi-polar as fuck and it doesn't even cover the entire body.

6) Any class can 1v1 an OSS or Jugg if said OSS or Jugg is either A: Low on hp or B: Retarded.

7) RU's shotgun does not have a fast firing rate.

8) RU's shotgun does not have assault rifle like range. Yes you can reduce the spread on it with the suppressor, however that only gives you the range of an SMG.

9) The RU's shotgun is bi-polar as fuck.

Balancing any normal infantry class to require "teamwork" to win against in a game balanced around 1v1s like CvR makes no sense.

"hmn yes you just have to flank it" or "hmn yes, shoot with multiple people" do not work as arguments. Yes, if you manage to have a superior brain and *completely* out-flank a RU/RIOT you will put a few bullets in their head and they will die. Problem is, when they're facing you they have the most HP out of any normal infantry class, and it takes *very* low amounts of brainpower to move your mouse to aim towards an enemy which thus applies that extra HP. Sure, shield hitreg is fucked sometimes but the advantage is still there. Even without the shield HP RU/RIOT still have base HP at the upper end of the classes.

They aren't completely unstoppable, but they are designed to win in 1v1s and with CvR's TTK and there being no movement speed or aiming penalty on the shield classes, having a semi-auto shotgun with a shield is one of the most advantageous loadouts you can have to combine both survivability and damage output.

You could go back and forth on how overpowered and underpowered the class is. Obviously people who play the class think it's underpowered and want it buffed (or at least want it not nerfed), and the people who don't play the class think it's overpowered and want it nerfed. That's true for pretty much every single class on CvR. I do play the class, and think that the design philosophy is stupid if the game is being developed around the same baseline, which ya'll have been relentlessly pushing for for years now even if you don't realize it.

(Both Vehicles and EOD/OSS are a different story, as both of them are entirely designed around being either A) Unstoppable for use as a pushback mechanic, or B) suffer from some other weakness, such as air vehicles being able to be locked on by the RPG.)
