Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I want to become a member of the CVR definitive Networks staff team because I have played on this server for 2 years, and have seen much good staff come and go but I feel that it is time that I tried to put my foot in the ring. I want to do more for the community than just be in the RP aspect and make the server a more peaceful place and punish those who do not choose to follow the rules. I have past experience in the line of staff duties being a former senior admin and mod on multiple servers.

I feel like I'd be a good addition to the staff team because I have past experience in staff. As well as being in the community for a long time and starting to understand the CVR community would like to see in a staff member. I am also usually on during low-population hours and there's not many staff to take tickets so I would be able to take care of those Chaps in the late hours of the night.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
I do understand that I must have DEFN in my Steam username and accept it even if I put it in super small writing so you can't see it winky face.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I will wait to see if the civilian actually makes a ticket about it to see if it was a real problem in my eyes if somebody makes a ticket about it then I will take action and warn the parties involved.
A H.E.C.U. soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
If the soldier enters the base without any GM approval for an RP Defection that will result in a worn for The soldier because he is breaking Rule A5 Inside of the definitive networks rulebook Where I would be more classified as spawn camp.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit, the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I will remind them that demoting me IC for an OOC action is against the rules. If they accept this and remain calm and collected with me during the sit I will carry on the site as normal protocol. if they proceed to disrespect and threaten myself I will calmly deal with the situation by notifying their superiors and warning them with staff disrespect or something like that.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I will take action seeing as DDOS or raid is a larger rule violation and will result in them acquiring a Permaban seeing as it is against our guidelines.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I will gather evidence, such as recordings or screenshots, and report them to a superior to see if there is any abuse involved in the situation. I would much rather avoid confronting them about said matter seeing as they outrank me and I would much rather a higher staff member take care of it as it is not my position to confront them.

Your reasoning behind wanting to become staff makes sense, although I believe you should take more care in your scenarios:
The HECU soldier is FailRP mostly , and you’d definitely report it to their COs. If he isn’t shooting all the Combine, which he wouldn’t be if he was trying to RP defect, then it isn’t spawncamp it is FailRP.
You’d warn the SU/MACE for threatened meta game/meta game and then you’d tell their CmD or DvL if necessary.
Next one, take their steamIDs, send it to a HA+ and before that you will put a placeholder ban on them for as long as you can as server raiding is a PBan and most staff don’t have the ability to PBan.
Last one was good though yes.

The major reason for my negative response is the actual interactions that I had with you in-game, I've seen you several times spam music through your mic and act in ways where a possible staff member should never be seen on, your warn for "Inciting Mass Failrp" is not something to be taken lightly, it boils down to you attempting to get people to break rules which in my opinion is "a big nono". Your activity in-game could also be brought into question since even when I was extremely active I would barely see you on.
The reasoning behind the inciting Mass failrp warn was because I was hosting a retirement party for my union Co which I had play Don for a long time and wanted to do something fun for me leaving and it got a bit out of hand and that was my first warning which was around 6 or 8 months ago
