------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any staff who can vouch for you? I would think Kena might have a few nice words An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?:
I would begin by having a discussion with the civilian who was killed, allowing them to share their perspective on the incident. Afterward, I would request their patience while I confer with the union member involved. Upon convening with the union member, I would listen to their side of the story. If the union member fails to respond or indicates a belief that the civilian deserved the outcome, I would issue a warning for RDM x1. if the union member acknowledges the incident as accidental or due to the civilian's unintended actions, I would advise them to exercise greater awareness in the future before returning them. Subsequently, I would relay the outcomes of the conversation to the civilian, urging them to exercise caution in similar situations moving forward. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
I would first handle the ticket by inquiring whether the individual has obtained clearance from their CO to acquire the WL in-game. If they affirm, I would proceed by reaching out to the CO to verify the authorization. Upon confirmation of the CO's approval, I would then proceed to grant the individual the whitelist as requested. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Initially, I would inquire via the admin communications if there are any ongoing events. If no events are taking place I would teleport the individual to a secluded area of the map or onto a rooftop and inquire about their intentions or objectives behind their actions. Subsequently, I would conduct a thorough inspection of the combine base to ascertain if any damage or disruption has occurred, such as the shooting combine, interference with tryouts or training, or any other disruptive behavior. If no disruptive actions are detected, I would advise the individual to refrain from approaching the combine base, issue a verbal warning without in-game documentation, and report the incident to their CO.
A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
I would review the server logs to ascertain whether the individual requesting the scout cross had been granted permission to scout the rebel base. I would also inspect the kill feed to determine if the designated individual had engaged in any combat within the base borders. If no instances of killing are recorded, I would promptly teleport to the user who raised the ticket and provide a detailed explanation of the situation and the outcome of their inquiry. Conversely, if the scout cross holder has indeed caused harm within the base area, I would relocate them to a distant location on the map and engage in a conversation to discern the rationale behind their actions and inquire about their awareness of scouting rules. Following this, I would compile evidence of the incident and report it to their CO while issuing a warning for spawn camping.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would capture evidence of the threatening behavior, either by taking a screenshot of the chat or recording the interaction. Subsequently, I would escalate the issue by reporting the individual to their division leadership, whether it be a Colonel or Division Leader. If the perpetrator happens to hold a high-ranking position, such as Sectoral or Planetary Leadership, or if they are a general or leader on the rebel side, I would extend the report to the appropriate authorities within the hierarchy. Additionally, I would inform a high-ranking staff member of the incident. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
If the individual is engaging in this behavior within the confines of the base, they are permitted to do so. However, once they cross or surpass the border line, they are required to promptly remove their props. Failure to comply with this rule will result in me reporting the individual to their CO with substantiating evidence, and I will proceed to remove the props myself. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would gather all the Steam IDs associated with the individual involved and document any screenshots or video recordings capturing their inappropriate remarks, I would also report it to a high-ranking staff member for further review and action. To prevent any potential server disruptions, I would impose a temporary one-week ban on the individual if there is no real attack. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
i would take a video recording of what they are doing and report it to a high ranking staff to confirm if what they are doing is against the rules. if it happened to be the case they are i would then warn them. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
I would mute them immediately and ban them for possibly breaking the TOS
