-1, even as a MP cuff main this seems like a bad idea. As it stands people already dislike cuffs and the only way to stop a MP/Jury from cuffing you in an instant, if hitreg doesn’t stop them, is by making them take damage or fully killing them. Cuff damage cooldown is something that should be kept seeing how it helps actually require cuff mains to use their brain and know to not go in when shot. If this suggestion was implemented all cuff mains would run paratrooper, 2 speed perks for max speed boost, and an adrenaline shot. This would make it cancerous for everyone simply due to how quickly you can move towards a target especially with paratrooper to evade or jump onto props increasing their range of mobility. Skill issue
