I have one for FailRP from last october, one for RDM from January, and one for Prop abuse from August 4th.

I've had a 1 hour ban before from warn threshold.
Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
After however much time that I have been active on the server I have a lot of experience with the flaws in it that are hard for players to deal with. Often when a player experiences something that seems unfair to them they are pretty powerless to do anything about it other than bash their head against it until it hopefully gets dealt with or goes away. Whether it be something along the lines of spawn-camping, cheating, or exploiting players need staff to deal with things that are beyond them. I would like to take pride in helping the players that are helpless to the people that make their experience not enjoyable. I want to be valuable to the community as the server and the people in it are valuable to me and have made 100s of hours very enjoyable to spend on it. I also have a lot of free time and want to be useful to someone in the time I have.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I have been staff before and the experience that I have from the past would be pretty valuable. I have a good understanding of the normal going ons of the server after being a part of it for so long. I get along with most people pretty well which is important when taking a sit since it turning into an argument would slow things down. I hold no bias with either faction as I like people from both sides. I look at things for what they are to prevent personal preference from getting in the way of what is the right thing to do in any situation.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Sounds cool to me
References? You can ask people in grid about me. I would consider myself a veteran on cvr so there are a lot of people who know me.
An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? If the civilian makes a ticket and says that they were rdmed I would bring them to a sit and ask for the unions side of the story. If they claim it was crossfire I would check logs to see if they had done damage to rebels previously or after the civi was killed. If the Union simply didn't know any better I would remind them to look at the server rules and give them a verbal warning. I would ask if either of them had witnesses to gather more information on what the reason may have been. If it can be concluded that it was blatant rdm then I would warn them for rdm. If it was an accident I would let each of them go. With the tools you get as a staff it is easy to figure out what had happened.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Well first I would bring them to a sit and tell them that they can't rp defect. It would be FailRP to do so. If they persist they would get a FailRP warn along with the kick that comes with it. Seems simple enough.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I don't care a whole lot about rankings so I wouldn't care even if they did attempt to demote my character. I would go about the warn that's needed for breaking the rules and ask other staff what to do about the CO threatening me. I am currently unsure if making threats like that are against the rules but they seem like they would be but I wouldn't ever act on something that I am unsure about as it could cause a whole lot more problems than there already are.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Straight to a perma ban. I don't see much of a point in trying to deal with someone this pitiful.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Ask other staff. I would think it would be out of my league to deal with so I would make sure that what they were doing is know by other high ranking staff.
I'm -1 this for now because of the simple lack of effort into the application. You barely have anything typed and you barely got into detail. You really need to add on to the real important questions such as "Why do you want to be part of the staff team?" Your answer is just boring to read and obviously you didn't really think about the answers too much.
P.S.
For the discord username can you provide the identifier (EX: Tomas#1924) cause there is a Butch that was banned from Resistance Discord and if that's you that'd be kind of tragic towards becoming a staff member.

and I've personally had problems with you before about breaking Rules
Butch is a long-time player of CVR and I can personally say that while he's got a few bumps here and there it doesn't really poison my view of him. His (updated) answers go into good detail and a level of branching out to consider other possibilities which is good.
