Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I haven't seen much of online staff on lately and i wanted to join staff back since it was and epic experience helping players, also i think more EU staff would come in handy. With this situation in the world my school is closed and i have all the time in the world so i am very active and would like to put my free time to good use moderating the server and with the lack of staff online i believe i can be put to a good use (even when the server is kinda dead, more staff members are better than none).

I am very helpful person and would like to put my experiences and time into staffing on this server. Also i am very helpful person and very friendly, i really like to help players and give them advices on how to do better, and i am unbiased. Also with my CO position i think i made alot of friends in the community and don't have any hate or beef with any person, which is important if you want to become staff.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I listen to both of the stories since staff should be unbiased in every way. If the Union has a valid reason (Civ had a gun out, failed to follow orders) i tell the civilian what he did wrong and how he could improve so he can avoid this situation in the future. If the Union has invalid reason (RDM, minging) i follow the DEFN CvR Staff Punishment Sheet 2.0
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I explain to him how and why is this not allowed and if he wants to play as HECU on combine side, join EOW. Then i proceed to warn the person for FailRP and notify COs about this.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would explain to the unit how he can improve his behavior IC/OOC and notify his COs about his team notification failure and this "threat".
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Unacceptable, depends on my rank, but i would immediately ban them for as long as i can and collect proof. Then notify my Head Admins so they can perma ban them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. I ask the staff member if it is okay, if its some fucked up shit i take screenshots and report him to higher ups.
