Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. Well, I really love this server, I want to be able to help out wherever needed. Being a part of the staff team offers me a chance to get further immersed into the community while also providing a service to the people that I enjoy being with, all of you.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I would warn the individual to refrain from harming civilians without proper reason.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I would ask them who approved it so that I can contact them, they also usually need to do additional training after passing applications.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would inform them that they should reach out to a gm and remember to follow all rules regardless. Then I would contact one of the parties capable of doing such like Jury or EOWR
A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
I would ask the individuals for video evidence. If none can be provided, I would offer a general statement to remember to respect base borders and to be careful.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? That taking OOC issues into IC is FailRp. That If they really have a problem, they can report it to the staff team and we can discuss it at a later date.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? This is right in the middle of a gray area. I would seek out a more experienced/knowledgeable staff member about the situation before pushing for any further action. But, if my hand was forced, I'd say it isn't allowed.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would take down their names and document their comments. I would then pull them all and warn them that if this is real they will be banned most likely, but if they are just joking, it will probably get them in trouble talking like that.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Record/document the behavior and bring it up with another staff member of a higher rank. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? I would pull them into a sit and ask them what the numbers were. At a minimum, a warning.
Your answers seem very "lax" as in not much is paid attention to, especially the grid question.
Plus I am thinking that you're kinda new to the server (due to me not really noticing you) so I'd say this is a bit undercooked, just put it in the oven a bit more if it's still warmed up AKA play a it on the server more and maybe read the MOTD/Rules as well to remind yourself

The curse of being combine, no identity, other than that which I won't be biased towards, the answers are a bit short and I think if you're denied the next try you should put more step by step processes in them to make it look more thorough and professional.
