Metagamingx1 I heard someone climbswep and said there is a possible mace around the base then an engineer uses there flashlight to spot the mace and shoot them

I would like to be apart of the Definitive Networks staff team because for 4 main reasons. I like getting involved in the community I was already part of the staff team and I regret quitting because I had a wonderful time as staff. I like to see the server not be filled with minges, I know a lot of people put this on their applications but it is true nobody likes having a minge or a constant rule breaker. This is a lovely community I personally have acted toxic sometimes and I regret that but other than that this is an amazing community I would like to help out. I love being a staff member and no it is not like I have a justice boner it is that helping people out is a strong suit for me Why should you be accepted on the staff team?

I believe I should be accepted into the definitive networks because I believe I am a fair honest person who can take upon any situation and deal with them and be unbiased and honest. I have a mingy side but when it comes to being staff I am almost all the time in an "I need to help the players mood" I do have a fun side I don't think everyone should always be 100% serious. I have also stated that I work well with people I am currently a member of the affairs team for DEFN and have a decent amount of cases under my belt dealing with player v player and staff v player Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

None An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
You first ask the Union why did he kill said civilian if he says for no reason give him an RDM warn. If it was in the middle of combat and he accidentally got shot I would let the union go unless proven by witnesses and finally the last situation is a civilian running into a respected factions base and getting killed I would tell the civilian if told to leave then leave and for all these situations I would check the persons previous warnings to give the proper punishment either a warning kick or ban An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would warn for FAILRP because you can not RP defect or defect in general unless for an event and give the proper punishment You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without asking staff for permission first. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this You would first tell the CO that this is an OOC offense and that trying to demote me over OOC is not allowed then I would go and talk to a higher up of said faction about the behavior of the CO A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Don't take it lightly ban them immediately and report to sentinel or management unless it's obviously a joke in which case warn them not to joke about something this serious You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? +1, has been kind of a dummy in the past with certain warns (some of which I was there for myself). However, he learned from them quite rapidly, and I have not seen him get warned or taken to a sit for the same mistake twice. He matured rather quickly after joining the affairs staff team and has been nothing but thoughtful and considerate of other players since then. He would be a valuable addition in my opinion, due to his ability to adapt quickly and remain pragmatic despite varying odds.
I can tell you're very passionate about joining the team, so seeing as how you have a positive reception with the team already I am accepting your application.
