Here's the thing, you played yourself. You said from the very start that an engie hit you and then you killed him, that got you arrested by an MP and you remained arrested & gagged for the rest of the DB from what I can see and then you disconnected to avoid the punishment from the MP. If you say that you haven't done anything wrong, well now you have by telling me that. Of course not mentioning the LTARP you did after that arrest.
Okay just talk to me like I'm an adult for Christ sake, Vexeer. That isn't true actually, I was arrested and gagged for saying a couple of words in DB, I was left on the wall for at least 10 minutes so I left and rejoined because I thought I was forgotten about, when I rejoined some random engineer tried attacking me with his crowbar for whatever reason, he didn't hit me with it but I killed him out of self-defense. And of course I didn't mention the LTARP because no one told me I had broken any rules, do you understand? If I was told what rules I had apparently broken I would've mentioned them in my appeal in the first place.
Well, the rules you have broken are the following: Leaving while being cuffed is against the rules and it counts as LTARP (Leaving to Avoid Roleplay) and you definitely weren't forgotten about as Sactra requested a staff member to do something about that. Then comes the killing of the engineer, albeit justified as self-defense, it still is recommended to ask a staff member about it than taking the matter to your own hands. Think that's about it, really.
I am sorry about leaving while I was handcuffed, I think partly the reason why I left was because I had been having quite a stressful day but that isn't an excuse and I understand now,. With the engineer if I stopped to message an admin he would've smashed my skull in aha so I felt like I had to take it into my own hands. Trust me I'm not a bad guy, if you spectate me when I play you'll see I love role-playing on there, I usually band together little platoons to try and pull off some daring tactics and all of that, I really try to get my other team mates involved with the actions and make them feel part of something.
I can assure you, Vexeer, that something like this will never happen again in my time on the server my friend, it was a silly mistake and I didn't realize at the time I was breaking the rules.
Whether you’re sorry or not you still broken the rules and you’ve admitted to the fact that you have. It also doesn’t help if you keep making up false excuses as to why you left. The staffs job is to enforce the rules and if you go out of your way to ignore them, then it’s on you.
Please Vexeer, can you lift my ban, me coming on the forums to appeal must show that I care, I had to find your discord then ask a few people on how to contact an admin then they told me you have a website, I really do care about this server and I just want to get back into the action. I'm really not a mingy player and I always follow the rules, if I was told by an admin that I broke a rule then I wouldn't have done it again.
