Must be at least 3 sentences. - The reason I would like to become a staff member is because the times I've been on lately I've been noticing a lack of staff that are online. I don't know if it's just because of the time sometimes or if it's because there is a need for staff but either way this has motivated me to apply for staff. I've been staff on CvR before back in the summer of 2019 and then I had to go off to college. Except now that rona has moved in I don't go back to school until August so that leaves me time to play and enjoy the server while also helping out anyway I can for the community in general. Also hitching back to my first application I still stand by the point of I'll be there for anyone even if it's not server related, if you're having a bad day I'll be there for them to talk to, I just wanna be a resource that people can trust and come to for anything. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. - First going to the point that I staffed on here before almost a year ago so being already a somewhat trusted figure throughout the community and also just known for trying to help in anyway possible. I love this community and I love helping out in anyway I can. I have a lot of traits that staff members really should have ranging from maturity, honesty, to non-bias within the community what so ever. I really plan on sticking around until I make my way back to college around in August, I'm looking forward to continuing helping the community even if I don't get accepted that won't discourage me from playing on the server and trying to help in anyway I can such as answering questions in OOC and hopefully ranking up so I can train the newer players that are just joining the server so that I can set an example for them about the community and be there to answer any question they may have.

Any staff who can vouch for you? - At this time no. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? - All depends on the situation, if I saw the MPF Union just shoot the civilian straight up then I would just question him face to face and try to get a reason behind it. If there is no proper reasoning I'll probably call NPU or if I'm a rebel then I'll go ahead and wait for the report to pop by the civilian so I know for sure that it was possible RDM. If it was RDM I would go ahead and warn him for the RDM, return the civilian and then I would talk to him about how it was RDM and make sure he understands so it doesn't happen again. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? - If an HECU Soldier tried to RP Defect I would go ahead and hop on to my Staff on Duty character, bring them to a secluded area on the map and explain to them that they cannot defect as it's against the rules. I would then recommend them to read the rules. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? - I would explain to the CO that they cannot demote me for an OOC reason such as bringing them to an admin sit. I would then give them the option to either calm down for a verbal warning or if they continue for any form of disrespect that I would go ahead and just wait it out so they get all the anger outta their system then return them. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? - I would start by muting their chats or voice so they stop with the constant DDOS threats getting either before hand a recording of them saying it or getting screenshots of their threats in chat. I would then send all the evidence to a higher up if none is on at the time and get the people banned for their actions. If they leave the server making sure that I get their Steam IDs is important. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? - If I saw a higher ranking staff member I would go ahead and gather any evidence that I may need, then I would approach someone that is one rank above me and ask them if the higher up is allowed to be doing that . If they say no I would then hand the evidence to them and they would continue it up the chain of command.
