Why should we remove warn/ban?: When this first happened yesterday, I went out my way to apologize to everyone involved and explain my side of the story. People like Morpheus acknowledged that I fucked up and I deserved a warn for it. However, Kena (who warned me at first) felt bad for me so they tried appealing it, which instead brought it to the attention of other staff which made a hasty decision to ban me for 6 weeks. MRDM bans are for assholes that join for 5 minutes and blow their teammates' brains out, not people who didn't even mean to kill others. I've apologized to as many people as I could, and the rest who died, like Bob, really didn't care and didn't think it was serious. I understand that I was fucking around but from my point of view I was dazzled by explosions happening in front of me but not taking any damage. So I kept pressing it. I wasn't in anyone's squad, wasn't getting hitmarkers and wasn't paying attention to the killfeed until it was too late.
I've got to be really honest, I've been working really hard to prove that I'm not an asshole but it's very difficult when everything I do is looked at under a magnifying glass. I've planned so much for my division and this really just knocks it sideways. I don't understand why banning one of your most active rebel members is a good idea just because he made an unexistant person upset. Before you say the person who reported me was the person that was upset, the only reason they were upset is that they were scared to all hell that the people who died would report him instead of me.
I understand that yes I fucked up, but I don't think a 6 week ban is warranted. I'm fine with compromising for a few days ban at the very least.
In short, why should you remove the ban? Because I'm not a burden on the server. It's completely unfair for one negative experience to completely outweigh all of my other positive progress (which I would be happy to list off in DMs).

+1 the explosions were going for a good 5 seconds before anyone was even killed, which basically just says people were walking right into it, on top of that no one involved was bothered by it whatsoever

+1 This man has never fucked around like this before and for good reason. I know him, I know he cares about his division, I know he cares about the server, he is trying his best to tiptoe around this with the utmost care. Ontop of that it is of my belief he was not intentionally killing people, ontop of that people were walking into the explosion as they saw and heard it going on.
+1 get this man back from the basement, he woudn't go griefing that way, and a Dreik said, if you walk towards a thing exploding for that long you have a mental issue
