Your Warn is probably not because of that reason, but Because of how shit your attitude was with RDMing several people.
And if it was a warn because of that reason it's still deserved. not fair enough but deserved.
You're a sentry and an MP HVY (or were), I assume both parties told you to not TK with the grenade as it's highly volatile and will kill most anyone in the vicinity (or wound them severely)
Also, people you kill tend to stand infront of bullets, either involuntary or voluntary.

I spectated Ballistic (the one who reported you) so I could watch you with him and I literally saw you come over the hill, aim, and mow them down when they were standing still.
