I really don’t care what it is so long as it's not a lot of work to upkeep and it satisfies the IRS. Ideally, I could just hire a manager and be done with it. I can put a bit of time in but I still have an actual job to deal with. I expect the “income” to be about 80k to 120k a year. It should be stable around there. If I can’t clean that much that fast, that's fine. But I need at least 4k a month going through for this to make sense.
