Full Ingame Name(s):
LVET FH 1st Lieutenant Widow / Saxophone Joe / OVA FOXTROT AC-II 04 3287 / CWU VLNTR Widowtree

SteamID & Discord Name/Tag:
STEAM_0:0:125736502 / Widow#5989

What Region are you located in? What's your timezone?
North America, CST.

Previous Punishments?
1 Warn. For being an idiot as CWU (Shooting people with gun when my life wasn't in danger), only offense.

What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster?
Because I see a lot of creative freedom as a gamemaster, and also because a lot of events the server has are really good, but they sometimes can lack that little something that players search for in events. Events don't have to be "do this, go here, shoot this", no. It has to have that juice, and player/player or player/host interaction to really spice it up. Things can be changed, and I believe I can do something different.

Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers?
If so please list below. No, This would be my first time.

Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment.  [b]Constructive: I'm always willing to change. There's a lot of things about me that I am willing to change.
[/b]
Latter: I would make sure to inform them that continuing their charade of harassing me about how I roll would have bad consequences. It CERTAINLY does not have to go to harassment with me. Just give me criticism, that is literally all I need to fix something.

A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?
Tell him if he were to continue to disrupt my event, I would have a staff member remove him, a distaste for an event is enough. It doesn't have to go any further than that with me. If he's able to give proper criticism on what I could do better, that'd be perfectly acceptable to me.

A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?
Apologize for taking a bit responding, but explaining that the fact that he had began to harass me was crossing the line. I do not have the time to immediately respond to people, but patience is a virtue, and that he should rethink what he did or it isn't gonna be so chill.

What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events?
Inside: Helping (obvious)
Suggesting things
Literally being a part of the event
Being a character / enemy
Giving criticism about how the event was
Outside: Suggesting things
Volunteering to help (if needed, relates to Inside)
Giving criticism about how the event was

You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action?
Explain that their DB can happen while I am giving the other side their post-event DB, if that doesn't work, I apologize and can wait for their DB to finish to start the post-event DB.

A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do?
Either find a new gamemaster to help, or delay the event a short while so you can get things in order for him to show up, or to eventually do the first option.

After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?
Look and see if the vehicles are being used. If not, ask if they are. If, again, they are not going to be used, remove them. If they are being used, ask and see if they are willing to finish up their time using the vehicle, so an event can start.

What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think)
Asking the server if they want an event to happen. If the server majority votes yes, either do a post-event DB (if both Combine and Rebels are involved), if not, tell the participants to become the civilian job and do "/name Event (name here)"

A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do? I would inform him that the sole fact that he isn't in the event itself is a flaw. You can't knock it until you try it. Since it has gotten to the point of interrupting me, I would make sure to remind him that if he were to continue, consequences shall come to him.

How often do you think GM's should host events?
Whenever one hasn't been done in a fat while, or when something has been agreed upon that should be an event.

List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigns and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]
1.
A good old friendly game of rock paper scissors (or whoever rolls the highest), with the loser having to go through a gauntlet of (NPC) enemies all waiting to kill him, or having to do parkour. They would most likely consist of both parkour, and an onslaught of enemies. If the loser were to get through the gauntlet, they would lose the loss point, since they have redeemed themselves. If the loser were to fail, they would be put out, but appreciated for their cooperation and participation.
2. (if the map had a big sky box) A dog fighting event where two teams of 3 fight each other in the open skies above. The fighting team would be (attempt) to be in proper fighting formation (one fighter in front, two behind it in a V bird formation). The sides will switch once, and at the end, a free for all will commence, where it shall be (most literally) every man for himself. The winning team/person can take home a weapon prize, or choose to not get one.
3. A talent show, where the contestants can show their ability to play an instrument, do a cool trick, or sing for the crowd. It will go from the starting contestants, then picking four winners. After that, the semi-finals, where the four contestants will compete. After that, picking two final contestants for the finals. The person with the greatest performance will be the winner. They can take home a weapon prize, or just have bragging rights.

Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak staff information in gamemaster channels or otherwise. I will not abuse my powers in-game or otherwise. I must add [DEFN] to my steam username as soon as I get accepted.
Yes. I understand it is crucial not to leak information. I understand an abuse of powers will get me demoted, and also bring shame towards me. I understand the importance of having "[DEFN]" in my steam username to signify who I represent.

Do you understand the basics of ULX? (If so, list basic commands below)
!menu (obviously)
!goto (name)
!bring (name) ((I understand with these two commands that if I fuck up the name, I can bring a whole lot of people I didn't mean to bring.))
!vote (title) (options)
Edit Note: I was making this app late near midnight so I completely forgot that I had skipped a question. Revision made to multiple of my answers, giving more detail.

Application need a LOT of work.
You missed an entire question; not to mention that you are too passive in your responses.
As a GM you control the event. You Are the event.
If you can prove that you can put your foot down and control things as well as fix the application, I'd be willing to +1

I feel like you'd been able to do the job but not with an app like that, as Vad already said your app needs some work, you're gonna need to put some more work into your app if you want a +1 from me

The application needs more work and effort put into it, like stated above. Here's some tips for the next app or the re-work:

Try to create some more unique events and give a good detail about them. Same could be said in the other questions, make awnsers also more detailed and awnser all of them.
If you can fix these
simple things, I'll push it to a +1.
Good luck with your future apps.

+1-1 The application doesn't deserve the -1s, but it definitely needs some work/tinkering

I would have expected a little more work and a better presentation of your application adding also that many points of your application are lacking in detail and precision ( Questions and event)

By improving some things I could put my +1, because in addition to that you seem to be motivated for GM's position when we talked on the server not long ago

+/- neutral leaning towards positive. alot of the questions need work and many of the answers are passive agressive. your events were also kinda wack, dogfighting wouldnt work too well.
