What is your suggestion? Give builder classes the access to the Winch tool How would this benefit the server? Winch tool allows one to make a simplistic elevator or properly working one with an addition of sliders. Also winch tool may give more variety of traps besides deadly beyblades.
You answered your own question; it's possible with the motor tool already. There are some techniques that will have an elevator up and running within minutes, in my experience. There are actually multiple ways of making an elevator at the moment that I can see, but idk what to say about the winch tool. I rarely use it so I can't say.

Winch tool is a simple, easy, and frankly a very useful tool.
