Why should we remove warn/ban?
My warn should be removed since, well, I was at SU tryouts and about 5 other people were micspamming. I never, and I repeat I never got told to stop, I just got RDMed multiple times by Berd. I make a ticket, then I never get told anything about me being warned for it. And not to mention, the guy who RDMed me 4 times never got warned. I was never even told by an admin to stop.

Evidence/Other: None.

Unfortunately there's very little we can do if you don't have any evidence, unless Mint Julep clears some things up

I think its pretty obvious if the guy killed you 4 fucking times it means he wants you to stop

as for the RDM i dont know since i wasnt paying attention since it happened so frequently there

Doesn't justify RDM, but yeah if he did that (mic spam during a tryout) he most definitely deserved a warn.

It was 30 minutes before the tryout even began at the debrief, hell the tryout host even told us to leave since it didn’t start for that long.

If people told you to stop mic spamming and you deliberately continued doing it then you deserved it. (seeing as berd killed you several times) I assume it was.
IF NOT then yes remove the warn but watch out in the future.

He never actually told me to stop he just kept killing me, that’s RDM. The admin that deals with it is supposed to tell you to stop and not just warn you straight up with no warning beforehand.

I killed you once and even then, I said "STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP" after i killed you once or twice, you just kept going
